1. Sheet processing

The ABS sheet must be processed at high temperature in advance. If the water vapor in the sheet is not evaporated, many bubbles may appear in the thermoformed product.

2. Cutting

3. Sheet fixing + Heating + Forming + Demolding:

The heat is pulled to the top of the product mold, and the mold is moved upward to release the vacuum, sucking the softened ABS sheet to the surface of the mold. When waiting for cooling and forming, the coolant is sprayed onto the surface of the mold sheet to solidify it, and then demolding is performed. The ABS thermoforming is basically formed.
