Temperature conditions. Different operating temperatures directly affect the choice of materials used in thermoforming tray manufacturing. This is because trays of different materials have a certain temperature range within which their performance can function normally. Consider the degree of contamination of the tray's usage environment. In severely contaminated environments, it is necessary to choose thermoforming trays that are resistant to contamination and easy to clean. The goods carried have special requirements for the material of the thermoforming tray. Sometimes, the goods handled by the thermoforming tray are corrosive, or the goods handled require higher cleanliness. It is necessary to choose corrosion-resistant plastic trays or plastic-wood composite trays.

Product transportation: Consider the specifications and dimensions of the transport vehicles and equipment. The appropriate thermoforming tray size should be just enough to meet the size of the transport vehicle, which can improve the full and reasonable use of the transport vehicle space and save transportation costs, especially the size of containers and transport trucks.
